From Medical Facilities
Can any other Medical Facility see my budget?
No - only you, when logged in with your unique User ID and Password, can see your RFQs and account details.
Can Suppliers see quotes submitted by other Suppliers to my Request for Quote (RFQ)?
No. Once the Supplier submits their quote for your RFQ that information is stored in a folder on our server that is only accessible by you and the Supplier who submitted it.
What if we need to edit or delete an RFQ?
When logged into your account you can edit or delete an RFQ: click EDIT to modify the details of the RFQ, and click DETAILS then click Deactivate to deactivate the RFQ. You will be asked for confirmation before deactivating the RFQ. When you edit or deactivate an RFQ any supplier who was notified of the RFQ when it was posted will be notified that it was edited or deactivated. You are not obligated to complete any transaction based on the RFQs you post and the quotes you receive in response.
From Suppliers
When I submit a quote who is able to view it?
Only you and the facility you submit it to are able to view that particular quote. Though your common materials, such as brochures and white papers, are stored in a common folder so you can reference them in many quotes the quotes themselves are stored in folders on the server that are accessible only by you and the facility the quote is submitted for.
What happens if a facility edits or deletes an RFQ that was already sent to me?
You will receive an e-mail notifying you that the RFQ was edited or deleted. If the RFQ was edited you can delete your quote and resubmit or delete your quote and inactivate the RFQ so it doesn't show up in your list.
What if I need to make a change to a quote I've already submitted to a facility?
Editing a quote is not allowed. If your quote changes you must delete your previously submitted quote and submit a new quote. This is a legal measure to protect all parties involved in the financial transaction.
