Here is how it works. Once your facility is a member of Med Budget, just follow the intuitive steps to set up a Request for Quote (RFQ) for each item on your budget. After each successfully posted RFQ an e-mail will be sent to each Supplier that services the departments your RFQs cover notifying them of your RFQ, which allows them to respond to your request. Med Budget provides the right tools to gain competitive quotes, brochures, and other information without ever having to pick up the phone or send out e-mails. Have all competitive information in front of you before you sit down with a Supplier to discuss their product.

When a Supplier responds to your RFQ you will receive an e-mail notification, which allows you to schedule time when it fits into your schedule to check on the progress of your RFQs.
