Our Web server logs each visitor's IP for legal reasons only should our servers come under attack.

We collect and store the names, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers of those who communicate with us via our web contact form. We do not sell this information to anyone. Data is purged from our database every 6-12 months.

Aggregate information on which pages visitors access or visit, user-specific information on what pages visitors access or visit by IP and information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor and notify visitors about updates to our Web site.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from Med Budget in the future, please let us know by sending us an "unsubscribe" email to customerservice@medbudget.com.
