Once your facility is a member of Med Budget, follow the intuitive steps to set up a Request for Quote (RFQ) for each item on your budget. After each successfully posted RFQ an e-mail will be sent to each Supplier that services the departments your RFQs cover notifying them of your RFQ, which allows them to respond to your request. Med Budget provides the right tools to gain competitive quotes, brochures, and other information without ever having to pick up the phone or send out e-mails. Have all the competitive information in front of you before you sit down with a Supplier to discuss their product.

When a Supplier responds to your RFQ with a quote you will receive an e-mail notification, which allows you to schedule a convenient time to check on the progress of your RFQs.

Suppliers

Once you are a member of Med Budget you'll be able to search and respond to Budgets/Requests for Quotes (RFQs) from Medical Facilities within your sales territory. You'll receive e-mail notifications when a Medical Facility submits their Budget/RFQs for your appropriate call points. When you find an RFQ you want to respond to simply complete the form on the RFQ page, attach your quote, brochure, and any white papers or additional information and submit. It's that simple.
