Medbudget.com is intended to be a simple, valuable, cost effective communication tool for Suppliers and Medical Facilities. The supplier membership of this site involves transferring of material as relates to products of representation.

Medical facilities members are allowed at any time to delete, edit, and change a posting. They are in no way abided to purchase every product that they post for a particular year.

Medbudget does not guarantee any number of posting at any giving period of time.

Registration information must be accurate and complete in order to become a member. Medbudget does not share your information with any outside parties. Medbudget reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

Medbudget is a neutral marketplace for Medical Facilities and Medical Suppliers to come together in an environment which both parties benefit from the services in which Medbudget provides.

Termination Policy

By become a supplier on this web site you agree that Medbudget may terminate you access to this site at any time without notice if: (1) Medbudget believes you are not following the rules set forth in this Membership agreement. (2) Medbudget has reason to believe that you are not participating as an active or legitimate Supplier. (3) You are not a medical equipment supplier or your posting your product information to requests that don’t involve your product. (4) Sending any material that does not deal with the product you represent, menacing, obscene, or other material that doesn’t relate to the request from the Facility.

If your membership is terminated then you will have a one week time frame to send an email to customerservice@medbudget.com and give a statement as to why you should be allowed your access. We will contact you if your reasons are justified and you will be allowed back on to the site. If they are not justified then your account will be terminated, permanently.

Membership to Medbudget is only accessible to those who can form a legal contract. No minors under the age of 18 are allowed to register. Medbudget can request the age of a member at anytime.
